Storage
Your first property includes 500 MB of free storage for one year. If you need more, you can purchase additional storage in 500 MB blocks.

How storage renewal works
Extra storage is valid for one year from the date of purchase. When it's time to renew, here's what happens.
- 130 days before expiry, you'll receive a reminder
- 27 days before expiry, a second reminder is sent
- 3On the renewal date, the cost is deducted from your credit balance automatically
- 4If you don't have enough credits, a 30-day grace period begins — your files remain accessible, but you cannot upload new ones
- 5If the grace period ends without renewal, the extra storage is deactivated — your files are preserved, but access is restricted until you renew
You can set up auto top-up to make sure you always have enough credits for renewals.
Auto top-up
Never run out of credits unexpectedly. Set a balance threshold and Apantula will automatically purchase a credit pack for you when your balance drops below it. You control the monthly spending limit.
